(1.) Exchange Policy : Shoes can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with the original bill.

(2.) No Exchange Without Bill : A valid original purchase bill is mandatory for any exchange or complaint.

(3.) Product Condition : Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, scratches, stains, or improper handling will not be eligible for exchange.

(4.)Size Exchange : Size exchange is subject to product availability. If the required size is unavailable, the customer may select another available product of the same value, subject to store policy.

(5.)Sale & Discounted Products : Products purchased under sale, clearance, special offers, or promotional discounts may not be eligible for exchange or return unless specifically mentioned at the time of purchase.

(5.) Manufacturing Defects : Any manufacturing defect must be reported to the store as soon as possible. The product will be inspected by our team before any exchange or resolution is approved.

(6.)Final Decision : All products presented for exchange or complaint are subject to inspection and approval by the store management. The store’s decision will be final, subject to applicable consumer laws.

(7.)Policy Changes : Bunny Boss reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions in accordance with applicable laws and store policy.
