1. Exchange Policy
Footwear can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery or purchase, provided the product is unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original shoe box with all tags intact and accompanied by the original purchase bill/invoice.
2. Valid Bill Mandatory
A valid original purchase invoice or digital order confirmation is strictly mandatory for any exchange, replacement, or warranty claim.
3. Product Condition Requirements
Products displaying signs of outdoor use, washing, physical damage, scratches, sole scuffs, stains, or improper handling will not be eligible for exchange or return.
4. Size Exchange & Availability
Size exchanges are subject to warehouse stock availability. If the required size is unavailable in stock, the customer may select another available shoe of the same value or opt for a refund/store credit.
5. Sale & Promotional Products
Products purchased under clearance, flash sales, festive combos, or special promotional offers may not be eligible for exchange or return unless explicitly specified at the time of purchase.
6. Manufacturing Defects
Any noticeable manufacturing defect must be reported to our customer care team within 48 hours of parcel delivery with clear photographic proof. The item will be inspected by our quality assessment team before a replacement or resolution is authorized.
7. Management Decision
All products presented for exchange or complaint are subject to physical inspection and verification by the store management. The store’s decision will be final, subject to applicable Indian consumer laws.
8. Policy Modifications
Bunny Boss reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with applicable laws and store policy.
